HostGill offers a **15 days money back guarantee** for all SSD Shared hosting and reseller hosting services. In case you are not completely satisfied by the hosting services and you open a cancellation request or open a ticket from your client area, or send us an email to [email protected] regarding a refund request, you will be given a full refund of the amount paid (taxes deducted) for hosting.
This money-back guarantee only applies to fees paid for hosting services and does not apply to administrative fees, install fees for custom software, setup fees, or domain registration/renewals/transfers.
1. Cancellation Process
To cancel your hosting account within the 15-day eligibility period, please send a written notice either by opening a support ticket from your client area or by emailing us at [email protected] with the subject line "Cancellation and Refund".
Once received, we will process the cancellation request within 24 hours and issue the refund.
2. Termination Policy
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services without notice in case of failed payments, violation of this agreement, or abusive behavior (spamming, brute force, DDoS, etc.). In such cases, no refund will be provided.
UPON TERMINATION OF SERVICES FOR ANY VIOLATION, ALL USER DATA, FILES, AND WEBSITES WILL BE DELETED AND NO BACKUPS WILL BE PROVIDED.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and will be credited to the original payment method. The actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
